Alan Schoolcraft, a Republican elected in 2025 to represent Texas’s 44th House district, has shared updates from his recent legislative trip to Israel and reflected on the life of Charlie Kirk in a series of social media posts.
On September 16, 2025, Schoolcraft posted about his experience visiting a kibbutz near Gaza City as part of a legislative delegation. He wrote, “As part of a legislative delegation to Israel I am visiting a kibbutz 2 miles from Gaza City. Evidence of the horrific slaughter that happened here is everywhere. Right now we see smoke and hear explosions from the IDF move into Gaza City. Pictures show the damage: terrorists”.
The following day, September 17, he described attending an official event hosted by Israeli President Isaac Herzog. In his words, “I was honored to attend the Presidential dinner hosted by the President of the state of Israel, Isaac Herzog. “.
Later that same day, Schoolcraft published another post commemorating Charlie Kirk: “Charlie Kirk was a man of deep faith, integrity, and unwavering moral clarity. He loved God, cherished his family, and served his country with conviction. He was engaged in civil and respectful dialogue with people who disagreed with his views. He never showed anything but love”.
Schoolcraft’s recent election to the Texas State House followed his victory in 2025 for District 44, succeeding former representative John Kuempel.
