GIDDINGS HS EVENTS ANNOUNCED
GISD PUBLIC RELATIONS
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 05, 2020
Giddings High School will be holding two important events prior to students returning to school on Monday, August 31.
The first event is intended to answer questions regarding the remote learning option available for students this fall. On Tuesday, Aug. 25, a presentation called "What is remote learning at GHS?" will be presented in the GHS Cafeteria. Students with last names beginning with A through M should attend the 5:30 pm session. Students with last names beginning N through Z should attend at 7 pm.
On Thursday, Aug. 27, the Freshman Orientation will take place in the GHS Cafeteria. A split schedule will also be followed for this event with students whose last name begins with A-M attending at 5:30 pm, and those with last names N-Z should attend at 7 pm.
Masks and social distancing will be mandatory for all events.
Please plan on attending as appropriate for your student.
