Victoria College issued the following announcement.
Victoria College will offer a QuickBooks Desktop Version course on Sept. 10 to Oct. 1 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Room 305 of the Conference & Education Center at Victoria College’s Emerging Technology Complex.
The cost of the course is $200.
Participants will learn to set up a chart of accounts; reconcile checking accounts; create and print invoices, receipts and statements; track payables, inventory and receivables; create estimates; and generate reports.
The registration deadline is noon on Sept. 7.
Due to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations, students will be required to wear a facial covering, have their temperatures taken and pass a health screening before entering the classroom. Social distancing will also be required.
Victoria College’s Emerging Technology Complex is located at 7403 Lone Tree Road in Victoria.
